Returns and replacements are accepted within 15 days from the delivery of items. Items to be returned or replaced must be in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Returned items are subject to inspection. Credit will not be granted for items unsuitable for resale. Any Product that is damaged in transit and is rejected by you without accepting delivery from the courier is eligible for a 100% refund of the sale price of the Product.
Cancellation of the products can be done at any time of the order. Orders generally get shipped within 1-2 days. Shipping could be initiated as early as an hour within the order time. In cases where the cancellation request reaches us before the shipping gets initiated, there will be no cancellation charges. In cases where shipping has been initiated, a cancellation charge of Rs 50 shall apply. However, the same is not applicable on products which have been specially procured against the order. In such cases, a cancellation charge of up to 20% of the order value will be levied as per our discretion
Due to health, hygienic and safety reasons, Products which relate to personal hygiene and self-care cannot be returned. Products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned because they are single use items. No hygiene Product can be returned if the package has been opened.
Anant Enterprises may charge a cancellation or return fee as specified in the cancellation and returns FAQs, to facilitate the return shipping process.
In case of special orders, where Products are procured specifically for you, and in case of large orders (value more than Rs 10,000), Anant Enterprises may reject your return request at its own discretion. This is necessary as the manufacturers of the particular Products may not entertain such specific return requests.
